Join us for the last workshop for the 200 hour Dhvani Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. We are celebrating with a Bhakti Yoga practice! We will explore the potential of sound through singing, chanting and silence.
We will work with practical techniques that can be used in daily life. Learn to chant Sanskrit mantras and discover the devotional approach of Bhakti yoga. We practice Kirtan with a selection of interspiritual chants/songs through call and response chanting. This workshop focusses on using music for health and well being.

Alana Grier began her studies in Eastern Medicine, Qigong, and Meditation in 1987 at the New England Shiatsu Center in Boston. She has been a dancer and Yoga practitioner for nearly 30 years and enjoys sharing movement with children and adults both therapeutically and as a Personal Trainer.
Today as an Integrative Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Alana uses Mindfulness and Yoga as tools to find balance with what life brings. Alana has been teaching stress management/mindfulness and Yoga for 15 years. She launched the 200 Hour Dhvani Yoga Instructor Program with a focus on Nada Yoga, using sound and music to bring healing and balance in 2017.
